To Place an Ad

To post a healthcare opportunity on this website, please fill out the Application Form below. Then sign and fax to the CMDS National Office at: 204-326-3098. Your ad will be posted for a period of three months and can be renewed, if a new signed application is submitted to the CMDS office.

Application Form For CMDS Web Postings

Who can apply to submit a posting? Our goal is to provide service for the membership of CMDS. Therefore, only members who are up-to-date (current dues paid) can apply for posting of a position.

All Postings must have:

1. The date of posting;
2. Type of opportunity (locum, long-term, partnership, takeover, etc.);
3. Type of practice;
4. Physical address;
5. Physical location (City, Province);
6. Brief description of work and need (40 words maximum);
7. Physician member’s name;
8. The timeframe of the opportunity;
9. A contact e-mail address;
10. Phone number;

Each posting will be inserted for 3 months. It can be run again if another application is submitted.
