Health Partners International

They are a charitable, Canadian medical relief organization dedicated to providing medical aid to the people of the two-thirds world.


Interserve

This is an international fellowship of Christian professionals who are dedicated to using their skills in holistic ministry, in nations where Christ is least known. Interserve has been providing medical and health services in Asia since 1852, and also works in North Africa and the Middle East. Both short and long-term opportunities exist, including medical electives.

The Evangelical Alliance Mission of Canada is an evangelical, non-denominational, international mission whose purpose is to help churches send missionaries to establish new, growing churches among the nations to the glory of God. TEAM has over 700 missionaries serving in more than 40 world areas. TEAM has four full-care medical facilities plus outpatient, community health and AIDS work. Opportunities exist for short-term, career, tentmaker and team ministry.

Founded in 1975, this is a non-profit, charitable organization of Canadian physicians dedicated to the respect and ethical treatment of every human being, regardless of age or infirmity.


Christian Medical Fellowship

This organization was founded in 1949 and has over 4,500 British doctor members in all branches of medicine, and over 1,000 student members. They are linked with approx. 60 similar interdenominational bodies worldwide, through the International Christian Medical and Dental Association (ICMDA).


CMDFA

This is an interdenominational fellowship of Christian doctors, dentists and medical and dental students. Its members are committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, whom they seek to serve as they practise medicine and dentistry. Members seek to integrate their faith and professional practice, patterning their lives on that of Jesus, whose love for people combined words and deeds. CMDFA as a national body dates from 1962, but state fellowships began in 1949, affiliated with the Christian Medical Fellowship, UK that grew out of Inter-Varsity Fellowship. The CMDFA is also linked to the Christian Medical and Dental Associations of the US. It is one of the 65 fellowships of the International Christian Medical and Dental Association.

This organization seeks to deepen the spiritual life of Christians practising in the medical and dental professions worldwide, and to encourage them to share their faith within their national professions. They provide a regular means of exchanging views, information and experiences in the fields of medicine and dentistry, especially where these concern Christian faith and ethics. They promote cooperation amongst Christian doctors and dentists throughout the world and encourage Christian medical and dental students as they seek to serve God through their studies and witness. They also encourage and support the work of Christian medical missions at home and abroad.
